Our products are digital wellness guides and challenge materials, including written guides, a one page Quick Start Reference Card, and a daily habit tracker. After checkout, you receive instant access to download these files and keep them for personal use.
License and personal use
You may read the guide and use the tracker for your own personal use. You may not resell, republish, redistribute, or share the files publicly. All content, including text, layout, and images, is the property of After40Wellness and is protected by copyright.
Refunds
If the guide does not give you a clearer answer than anything else you have tried, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. No hoops, no hard feelings.
